Metallic gearbox case
Metal gear housing is installed in the drill to maintain the integrity and operating state of the gear unit. The metal housing provides reliable fixation of internal components, increasing the tool life. In addition to indicators, such as strength, the metal gearbox better dissipates heat, reducing the likely excess of operating temperature during prolonged work with the tool.
The drill is equipped with a quick-action chuck for comfortable work. The purpose of this chuck is to minimize the time to replace the rig, when performing work requiring frequent replacement of used accessories. Unlike the key chuck, the quick-action chuck does not require a special clamping wrench.
Preservation of small dimensions of the electric motor is achieved by using a copper winding. Using a copper winding not only affects the dimensions of the motor, but also the power. Impregnation with varnish insulation of windings increases the electrical and mechanical quality of insulation, increases resistance to heat, moisture resistance and improves its thermal conductivity. The main purpose of the varnish coating is to remove moisture from the pores of the insulating materials, fill these pores with liquid lacquer and dry the lacquer to make it solid. For mechanical protection of insulation after final impregnation with varnish and drying of the windings, they are covered with an additional layer of varnish.
The components of the reduction gearbox are made of high-quality metal alloys designed to withstand long and heavy loads. To increase such indicators as wear resistance and reduce friction, special lubricants are used to ensure a long tool service. The bearings of closed type are placed on the shaft for accurate transmission and reduction of resistance.
