You can use the "Simple Repair" loyalty program by sending the goods through the logistics service "Nova Posta" to the central service center of Tech. AC. All expenses for sending goods are paid by our company. To use this service, you need to take a few simple steps:
- a tool should be in full optional;
- prepare for sending properly filled warranty card and a copy of a document that proves a payment;
- describe a problem on the piece of paper in free form;
- pack the tool in the shipping carton with all stuff mentioned above
Take the box to the nearest Nova Post branch and fill out the form:
- Recipient: EDRPOU 38991829
- Receiver’s address: Kyiv, Syretsky 9 Street (office #66)
- Indicate the estimated cost of 200 UAH.
- The name of the instrument is required
- Payer for delivery services: recipient
- receive a message with the number of the declaration;
- receive the tool with the eliminated malfunctions in the "Nova Posta" office;
